SHIPPING POLICY

Lansbeauty offers free standard shipping on all orders over £20 unless indicated differently in the website e.g. special offers.


For all shipping options orders placed on a business day and on non-business days will be picked, packed and shipped on the next business day. The business day after the pick, pack and ship day is day 1 for the Delivery Lead Time calculation. The Delivery Lead Time is our best estimation based on the service levels of the transport company that we are using, We can’t guarantee the Delivery Lead Time.


This may differ between national holidays or during natural disasters.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number if applicable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We always try very hard to send out perfect products that satisfy our customers 100%, However if any damage or shortages in delivered goods should occur please contact our customer service at info@lansbeauty.com.

 

Please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return the order. Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty, then we will refund you for the cost of return or arrange suitable collection of the goods. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit unless we have organised for the return.

Lansbeauty is unable to offer exchanges by mail. Returns can not be exchanged for cash. You can only return products purchased in the Lansbeauty webshop. Please allow 14 days to process the return and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
