What measures are you taking around Covid - 19 for customers?In these challenging times, we wish you, your families and all our customers, health and safety. We are doing our best to comply with our government's guidelines whilst operating as usual. Please note that your queries will be answered in the order in which they are received.

Where do you deliver to?Due to Brexit and regulations on export we are only able to deliver products to a United Kingdom address. Please be aware that we won't be able to post your products if the address provided is incorrect.

What is your return/cancellation policy?We always try very hard to send out perfect products that satisfy our customers 100%. However, if any damage or shortages in delivered goods should occur please immediately contact our Customer Service at info@lansbeauty.com. Please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return the order. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the cost of collection or return. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit unless the return was organised by us. There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering on info@lansbeauty.com with your order number for us to access your order details, we will be able to cancel your order. This only applies to products that haven't left the warehouse for delivery.

Once I open a product how long can I use it for?All our products have individual expiry dates written on the product or product packaging. We don't take any responsibility for harm caused to our customer by using products that have expired.

How do I track my order?After you receive your dispatch email from us, we will send you an email including the tracking number which you can use to track your parcel on the official Royal mail website.
